Classic II Stethoscope The standard of the industry features 3M's™ patented tunable diaphragm for improved low-frequency response and the ability to hear both low and high-frequency sounds without turning over the chestpiece. Along with its high acoustic sensitivity, the 3M™ Littmann® Classic II S.E. Stethoscope features a nonchill rim, durable, single-lumen tubing and solid stainless steel combination chestpiece.
There's no other stethoscope in its class that offers the quality and performance of the 3M™ Littmann® Classic II SE stethoscope. Using the patented tunable diaphragm offers an increase in sound intensity when listening to low-frequency sounds due to the greater surface area of the chestpiece. A nonchill rim on both the diaphragm and the bell means comfort for your patient. Durability: For long lasting performance and proper fit, the headset assembly is permanently set at an anatomically correct angle. This minimizes air leaks and prevents the headset from loosening over time. The lightweight, polished alloy eartubes are durable and will not chip or corrode. Internal adjustable double-leaf springs are designed to always provide eartube tension. The tubing is not made of natural rubber latex of dry natural rubber, but is constructed of a specially formulated polyvinyl chloride that resists chemical breakdown.

Cardiology III The Cardiology III is the latest in auscultation technology. Two patented tunable diaphragms allow for listening to both low and high frequency sounds with either side of the chestpiece. The large side can be used for auscultating adult patients while the small side is especially useful with paediatric and thin patients.

Electronic Stethoscope The Littmann® Electronic Stethoscope Model 4100 features amplification and proprietary Ambient Noise Reduction (ANR) technology allowing you to reduce ambient noise by an average of 75% (-12dB without eliminating critical body sounds. Three frequency modes are available for listening to heart, lung, and other body sounds: Bell (20-200 Hz), Diaphragm (100-500 Hz), and Extended Range (20-1000 Hz).
In addition, digital signal processing offers recording, storage, and playback capabilities, as well as the ability to transfer recorded sounds via an infrared transmission to another Model 4100 or Model 4000 or IBM-compatible computer or hand-held device.
When combined with the 3M™ Sound Analysis Software you have an exquisite, state-of-the art auscultation system, which allows you to see what you are hearing via visual display of a phonocardiogram .
