Standard 5 Year Parts and Labor Warranty
All Heine products carry a 5 year Parts and Labor warranty (and extends any standard legal guarantee requirement) against defects in materials and workmanship. Products claimed to be defective will be repaired or replaced (at Heine's discretion) by Heine during the guarantee period provided that the warranty claim is made in writing within the stated Warranty Period, that the product is returned inclusive of Proof of Purchase (Original Invoice), and that the claim is accepted by Heine. This excludes disposable (e.g. All-Spec Ear Tips, XP Laryngoscope Blades, etc.) and consumable (e.g. Bulbs, BP Cuffs / Bladders, etc.) items.
